Nov 25, 2025 is the last day for public comments to the Wyoming Energy Authority regarding their recommendation to the Governor for a $100 million Grant for the BWXT TRISO Fuel Fabrication Facility.
According to Gillette News Record, BWXT said:
Taking up between 150,000 to 250,000 square feet, the construction of the facility would create around 200 temporary construction jobs and then 200-full-time jobs once completed, with around 150-160 only requiring plant technicians and operators, which could be trained in partnership with Gillette College.
