HEADS UP LINCOLN COUNTY

*During the Biden administration in 2023 a partnership was created between Idaho and Wyoming called the Intermountain-West Nuclear Energy Corridor.  This partnership identified Rock Springs and Laramie as part of this corridor.  However, later on Jan 2, 2024, Lincoln County Officials (Commissioner Hansen and Mary Crosby, Grant Writer) announced their intention to attend the Idaho Advanced Energy Consortium, the Intermountain West Nuclear Energy Corridor, and would be applying to get one of three grants nationwide to be recognized as a nuclear hub.
