Scanning through Radiant pre-application documents (NRC Docket 99902106) at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) we found:
- Six documents related to Request for Withholding from Public Disclosure. These are dated: July 2, 2025; July 7, 2025; August 14, 2025; September 4, 2025; September 18, 2025; and September 22, 2025.
- The July 2, 2025 Radiant letter specifically requests withholding proprietary information from public disclosure for Radiant Industries LLC’s presentation titled: “RADIANT FACTORY SITING ASSESSMENT”
- A September 30, 2025 CLOSED MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT for Radiant Environmental Review and Site Selection Update
It is unfortunate that Radiant is not forthcoming publicly on essential GEOLOGIC AND GEOTECHNICAL SITE CHARACTERIZATION INVESTIGATIONS FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS required by the NRC. In light of that, Natrona County residents may need to do their own exploration on the following topics:
