| 2023 U.S. Economic Development Administration The Wyoming Business Resource Connections (BRC) will substantially restructure how the University of Wyoming’s units responsible for entrepreneurship, innovation, and business services receive and make referrals for services. The BRC will heighten and accelerate the awareness and access to the resources that assist entrepreneurs and small businesses, and provide a single point-of-contact, the BRC Coordinator.
